>lift weights>be tired for the rest of the dayCare to explain?
>>70325084>doesn't work out the most important muscleDo you cardio faggot
>>70325084>lift weights>dont feel that satisfying tiredness for more than a couple hours afterwards at bestIts so over.
>>70325084>lift weights after work>don't mind being tired because it's the end of the day[Verification not required.]
>>70325084Your cardio and conditioning sucks
>lift because I want to dominate in fights>realise that if a fight were to break out I'd probably be too exhausted from the last workout to put up my best
>>70325084doing too much, not following a program, no deloads, eating bad crap
>>70325450>realise that if I lift enough, my tired self could trump a "muscular" nigger
>>70325084i get the same. i usually lift in the later afternoon to early evening after work but i had to do my leg session on a saturday so i did it in the morning. back squats as my main lift for that day. i was gonna meet up with some1 where i had to walk 20 min for like 2-3 hours after working out but my cns was so fried until i started eating a lot of food that i was barely able to function that day. i guess its a volume and intensity thing
>>70325084How to structure a workout program that enhances your energy instead of sapping it?My guess is:>A lot of cardio (once you adapt to this your overall work capacity goes way up)>Lift 3 times a week, 3-4 exercises per session, 3 sets per exercise. Stay in the 8-10 rep range and don't go until failure on every set.>Emphasize getting good sleep>Don't eat like shit
>>70325084Lift during the evening, duh
>>70325084You haven't developed your stamina yet. Keep going
>>70325084Honestly, how surprising.
