Hey guy's sorry in advance for the schizo ramblings you're about to read, but I have a real, urgent question.So, I was 450+ pounds, I'm ~225 now. I am 5'9 male, and according to those scuffed body scans I'm 27% BF, remember that this skin is fucking my BF and my weight, so.... Anywho, I'm getting loose skin surgery this May, I have 7 weeks roughly until it happens.... My ultimate goal weight is 175, this is unsustainable, at least for the first run, there would be no way my fat ass could maintain 12% BF. 15% is 185, 18% is 195, etc.... I would one day like to be in the 175-195 range..... For the last 8-10 months I have been trying to reach 205, where I once was, and felt like dogshit, was food focused, etc. I've been binging and cutting and binging and cutting (I tell you this for my TLDR question).... I would like to diet to ~205-215 Pre-Op and give myself 2 weeks to maintain it to see if I like it before the surgery, I can gain more if I don't. BUT I feel like I should really give myself a true break, and fix my fucked up hormones from the B/P cycle I've been in, as well as be 100% for the surgery..... My TLDR question is should I do a rapid diet (maintaining mass) to cut some last lbs before loose skin surgery? Sometimes they do require surgeryAnyway here is the technique I used. Mine was different because it was caused by diarrhea eating away at my insides. Still the technique should work. After you go to the bathroom or just now if you aren't going much you need to get into a tub, but you aren't taking a bath. The goal here is to use the spigot to wash and clean your anus. You are going to have to use a finger and really clean the inside of the anus. The warm water will make it easier to do this. After you get it clean enough you can fill the tub with hot water and soak to temporarily help the pain. After you are done use the doctors cream. I used max strength preparation h. Treat the pain with max strength Tylenol. You'll need to take it to the point of overdose to deal with the pain. You could also alternate with ibuprofen which will help the pain but it may slow anal healing. Hope it helps anon. Don't kill yourself.
