Lifting for women is a meme isnt it? I'm 6'2,205, can bench 300 pounds. Squat 365, deadlift 405. I could be a bit leaner but i have some muscle. Women literally dont care. Im in my 30s and once i hit 30 its like hot women vanished. I work with a 5'7 dyel thats like 23. But hes young and lean and gets 7-8 10s all the time. Do i just take the lean pill and cut to 190 and be a dyel skeleton?

Once you're muscular enough to do a bunch of pullups and bench your bodyweight a few times, and be LEAN, additional progress makes .001% difference with women. You've gotta do it for yourself RE further progress at that point, anything else is a waste of time.
