Facts: drank a ton the night before after doing a moderately intense run

>Woke up, started breakfast, went back to bedroom
>Apparently seized, came around a little while later
>This is preceded by months of having muscle spasms in the morning, briefly l, but worsening if I drink and/or miss sleep.
Ambu called, was eventually

Haven't drank since, and haven't had a seizure since. have had muscle spasms in the ~hour after waking however. Very mild compared. To post drinking

Epilepsy or brain tumor?

Declined to go, by the time they got there i was relatively fine. I'm assuming it's JME, which is a form of epilepsy, but I don't remember any of this happening as a kid so idk.

>>68426351
No. Healthy BMI, decent lifts. Can run >=7mi

then get MRI

Got referred, but I have no head aches, balance problems or vision problems.
>>
>>68426473
you're just looking for cope here
>>
>>68426473
still you want to get an mri because you dont want the underlying reason for the sure to get worse. Though excess drinking can cause seizures.
>>
>>68426496
Yup
>>68426508
It really seems like myoclonic epilepsy though. If I have another I'll go ER.
>>
>>68426563
well, worst case scenario you suffer a stroke and have a shitty life as a disabled.

No - healthy BMI, regularly do intense cardio.

>>68426582
Have morning myoclonic seizures, depending on sleep length/quality

If it were me, I'd shell out for an MRI. Worth it for peace of mind that comes with ruling out something like a mini-stroke or a brain tumor imo. I got a private brain MRI here in the UK and it cost me £350, not sure how much it would cost across the pond though.
>>
>>68426859
Thanks for that. Still could be either though, so for once I'll be optimistic and hope it's the regular kind.
>>
Get an eeg, see a neurologist. Eeg is the best thing to figure out what's happening plus mri
>>
>>68426959
Waiting on the neurologist I got referred to and I believe they have my blood so we'll see.

Anyway I'm actually 25, so my limited grasp of the really nasty progressive myoclonic es seems like none of them fit either my age, or the lack of symptoms during chilhood.
>>
>>68426204
Did you take the vaxx?

This is such a cope.

Get a CT/MRI. You could have anything from epilepsy, a brain tumor, AVM, aneurysm or potential brain damage from a stroke or bleed.

I'd rather take the year off driving and be diagnosed/ treated rather than just walking down the road and dropping dead or spazzing out and crashing my car.
>>
>>68427069
Lmfao yes actually but only the ghetto one
>>
>>68427145
You misunderstand. It explicitly only happens in the morning, and then only immediately in the hour after I've woken.

I've only ever had one GSTC seizure. The myoclonics started from what I understand to be either earlier this spring or late last year.

Obviously I saw a doctor and likewise I am waiting on the Neuro referral

It's almost certainly epilepsy, just what's not sure is it it's the kind that'll kill me early or not
>>
>>68427172
you can have a epilepsy while lifting and die
or while driving and die, etc
>>

You are vaxxed aren’t you. All the vaxxed will die by 2030, or sooner (2025)
>>
>>68427152
You’re dead. The vax will kill you.
All who took mRNA or viral vector vax (provided they did not get placebo), will die from the vax

>>

When you exercised (or fasted by not eating while asleep), you depleted your glycogen stores, causing the liver to switch to gluconeogenesis.

When you started drinking, the liver stopped gluconeogenesis to focus instead on processing and detoxifying the alcohol. This resulted in low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).

Stop drinking on an empty stomach. In fact, stop drinking.

Man just go to a fucking doctor before this shit gets worse. The only thing worse than living life as a cripple is living life as a cripple just because you didnt want to get off your ass and take countermeasures before you turn into a vegetable who cant even wipe his own ass anymore. Go to a fucking doctor as soon as you can, i really cant stress this enough.
