Could have gained faster if I tracked my diet better. other bro is right, do full body. I would add in to try both pushing and pulling versions of exercises. For example, rows work the opposite muscles of bench press, so do both. same concept for all muscle groups. Go to or close to failure. Get a friend to spot you and motivate each other to stay consistent. Avoid sugar and fructose, it's not a shortcut for mass, it only adds fat cells. Avocado and walnuts are a good source of healthy fat. Eat lots of protein (eggs are king). Carbs are fine if they aren't super processed and you work them off later. tl;dr eat clean but track calories to make sure you eat enough. Do push/pull full body to failure, Everything else is nit picking.
