I have two options the 5k surgery or some skin doctor my mom knows about who apparently treats gyno with no surgery and can melt the breast tissue and shrink the skin so I'm going to look at that probably end of October or mid November. Quit drinking for about two months, only have been working out for a month. Doing 120-140 minutes of cardio a week, with some dumbbell lifts on my off days. Changed my skin care routine. you're your own worst enemy/nightmare. you're losing fat, but the areas the fat disappears from is more ambiguous the heavier you are. fat loss tends to work in chunks and I felt similarly as you did.
it gets much more clear obvious to yourself with muscle definition changes the lower you get. 29% to 26% body fat isn't even CLOSE visually as much a dramatic difference as 11% to 8% is.

Personally for me: i think there were 3 different stages of it all.
204lbs to 187lbs( 22%bf to 18%bf) felt like barely anything had changed. maybe felt as if my stomach wasn't as bloated looking, maybe slightly less fat slightly everywhere. probably the stage where you're at

187 to 167.4 (18% to 14%bf) was much more of an obvious difference.
chest was less man booby MtF cyclic cone shaped tits. upper 4 abs definition looked present, vague oblique outlines. started to begin to look like an actual torso versus a gut

167.4 to 159 (14% to 10-12% or so)
chest has little to no tranny look to it from fat. abs are clearly not a belly shape anymore. vascularity present across body.

500cal deficit + 1hour walk. 160-180g protein a day (half of diet was whey powder)
i recommend taking pictures and taking waist/chest/bicep/thigh measurements every two weeks or so, because the mirror isn't as obvious for changes when you're not only above 25% body fat, but you're also looking at yourself everyday, making subtle changes impossible to see.

Yeah, it should be customized a bit. I just recall when I ran it my calculated deficit was 1000 but I didn't account for training and netted ~10k steps per day. It's meant to be as big a deficit as possible without much care to sustainability since it's short term with programmed breaks anyway

I think back when i was 204lbs, I I ate 900-1200 cals a day and did about 500 cals of cardio 3-4 times a week. that was pretty much holocaust mode and caused me to lose 35 lbs in about 3 months.

Thanks man, I worked my way up to being able to do about 25 pullups. I also trained with weighted vest for some time. You can use training band in one hand and other on the bar and reduce band strenght. Also jump up and try to just hold on one hand. Great exercise is one arm hangs with engaged shoulder to prevent injury and rotating during pull. Right before I tried to really focus on this exercise I dropped about 2-3kg and it came naturally. Be really carefull with your shoulders as its easy to get them injured. If youre going for max pull strenth train one arm chinups and ig you’re going for max reps go for normal one arm pullups.
