We know it was you anon. Did you do your facepulls after?

Also do athleanx style facepulls work for building rear delts?

No, I'm not a fascist pig. But I did have a good day today, I was logging my all the reps I've done, and in the last 5 years I completed over 6,000,000 reps. A few gyms even kicked me out for how much wear and tear I was putting the equipment through... Could you imagine that?

6,000,000 reps? In 5 years? No way, I could see maybe 250,000 at most, and mostly curls

It's not a lie my cousin saw me perform all the reps and he can testify that I've done them all while facing enormous discrimination at every gym.

while working two jobs?
Anon, I think you're exaggerating a bit, also the "I burned all my training logs" excuse sounds a little silly

I will workout later today.
I always warm up with 3x20 Roman salutes to get the blood flowing :)

Yeah well my cousin says they don't let people from his town into your gyms to check if you're doing it properly instead of half-reps and e-stats

Nearly 3300 reps per day. That's 330 sets of 10 reps every day for 5 years without any rest days. Impressive.

Thas rite
>Did you do your facepulls after?
I did as a matter of fact.
>Also do athleanx style facepulls work for building rear delts?
I have no idea. Feels good though.
