Buy scales, be accurate.

Doing cardio, even just walking, will improve your health. There is no such thing as a healthy fat heart, but you can offset the risks.
Lifting weights will keep and gain muscle mass and burn fat much quicker. No lifting results in the body burning away muscle AND fat.
Drink more water.

Basically whenever I exercise it feels like my ears are popping. I used to get that RARELY when it was really cold, and it usually went away quickly.
After losing weight it happens daily, even during very light exercise and usually lasts 30-60 minutes. My left ear feels like I live underwater and I hear my own breathing and heartbeat. Very weird.
Apparently there is fat tissue in your inner ear that closes some canal from your nose to your ear and when you lose weight that tissue gets smaller and opens easier.

I am 191.8. I am 1.8 pounds away from being out of the obese BMI range and just "overweight". It was worth the hunger pangs. Just 25-30 pounds more and I'll look a little more normal. Overall goal is getting down to the 140s eventually. I've gone from 180 to 135/140 before. So I know I can do it.

Ketobros I'm becoming borderline anorexic. Been on keto (kinda carnovire-ish but I do eat veggies from time to time) for a cut for couple of months and I'm leaner than ever (5'11, 135lbs, 9-10%bf), my lifts stayed largely the same, but I'm struggling to eat. I should be maintaining now, but it's the 5th day in a row where I only ate 1500-1700cals since I am just so fucking full. Had 5 eggs, 2.5oz of bacon, 9oz of salmon and an avocado today. I actually planned for 3 more eggs + some cheese but I'm about to burst. I feel some low bf issues (lifts haven't suffered yet but I feel like they will soon, also some hormonal shit).
But I do not want to go back to eating slop. I love the energy and lack of sugar crashes I have since leaving out carbs and I actually fucking LOVE how I look with low bf. But I am afraid this doesn't end well if I don't get my hunger back.

Congrats you got it, that's why it's important not to just pick a meme diet because once you drop it you'll just rebound to old habits. Counting helps because it makes you learn what's empty calories, what's nutritious, how to eyeball how much is anything, etc. and to get in the habit of eating garbage sparingly and to never binge on it.

In HS I lost weight fairly organically and in multiple spurts. First by doing track and field after a semester of football. Maintained. Then after a year I got down to a healthy body fat percentage by focusing on losing another twenty or so pounds.
