I can do about 10 comfortably after that I rapidly start losing balance.

I had the same problem. The shaking/trembling is because the neurological programming hasn't been developed yet. Even though you are physically strong enough to lift those weights, your brain can't efficiently control those muscles in the way to do the squat just yet. So I did leg day for the first time in 3 months yesterday. Hit 3pl8lmao and then did 190kglmao on a leg press for 5x8.
Walked 3000 steps and took a shower.

Should i bite the bullet and get these standard plates or wait and see if the prices ever come down? I can deadlift 270lbs(122kg) but ive run out of weight and space on my bar. I have 6 plates under 20lbs each that are twice if not more bigger than my standard 25lb plates and they're taking up way too much space on the bar, so i want to replace them. I could remove 2 of the 14.3lb plates and put these two 45s on and that would push me closer to 340lbs total weight for deadlifts. I just dont know if its worth spending this much money for just 1 lift atm.

Around two months ago I started a strict 1000 calorie deficit diet, I've been lifting as hard as I possibly can 5 times a week, and I've been getting at least 1.5g/kg of good quality protein daily. So how does building muscle actually work in relation to your weight. Ephedrine, Caffeine, and aspirin. Used to keep yourself from being as hungry while cutting. Plus slightly stimulant effects so maybe slightly better calorie burning but I'd say it's negligible.
