I become absolutely suicidal…when I think about all the time I wasted doing absolutely nothing, going absolutely nowhere. Just letting my body and mind get more and more worse. I told myself I’ll fix myself tomorrow. But tomorrow never came. Now I’m 300 lbs, have stretch marks everywhere and in the worst mental state. I’m 24. I’m a khv, a neet, and worst of all, a good for nothing porn consumer.

eh so many of my friends are like you now, I get sick of telling them what they need to do because they know and then they don't do it and they keep feeling sorry for themselves. Your self-pity is pathetic and disgusting. Imagine you were meeting yourself. What would you think? Jesus Christ just make a god damn effort and do something, holy shit.

You only change when you’re ready to change also posting gay sad anime characters doesn’t help

Don’t fix it tomorrow. There’s no such thing as tomorrow. You have to fix it today. Every day is today. Everything that happens will happen today.

What you're feeling is a good thing, you finally understand what you need to do so start taking one step at the time and make the most of your life but you'll never be happy if you intentionally beat yourself up over it and makes your first steps so much heavier.

Be consistent and take things your own pace to make sure something really happens rather than making leaps and relapse into self-pity and depression

Here's a few tips from a former fatty OP
>Moisturize stretch marks with hyaluronic or salicylic acid based moisturizer
>Start walking places for daily chores like shopping. If you're American then park as far away from the store as possible
>Never order or visit fast food restaurants. Snacks are fine, but buy just one from a store and never a multipack. If you don't have them, you won't eat them.
>Keep precooked meat and low fat cheese in your fridge. Eating a chicken and cheese wrap is infinitely better than a donut for satiety.
>Track your calories if you can, if not then look at yourself in the mirror and take a photo everyday. You need to remember why you're doing this.
Dont fast, it's stupid. If you want an easy diet just eat hunters chicken with some broccoli, baked beans/legumes in general or any low carb vegetable for each meal. The Japanese say 肉は太らない for a reason, if you eat mainly lean meat then you'll never gain weight.
