For gains, doesn’t really matter unless you’re particularly prone to gaining fat. Just get enough complete protein and work smart and hard in the gym. For health, it matters a shit ton. Depends if you care about living long and avoiding heart disease or not.

Even sunlight is carcinogenic, and you need that for proper nutrition too. So, I say, go by how you feel and don't worry too much about rarer conditions.
