6'0, 173 lbs, about 3 months of lifting. I've seen some changes in muscle mass and I've doubled my OHP from 25 kg to 60kg, and I've added about 40 lbs to most every major muscle group exercise. I still look like shit but I'm going to keep on trying til I get fitter.

I just try to activate all of my major muscle groups at least once in the week, so I'll focus on shoulders, then back, arms, legs, etc, alternating throughout the week, and then I'll rest Saturday and Sunday and then go right back to it. I frequent the gym since I was 18 but I used to only go 3 days a week and I stopped going several times.
Since the pandemic started I’ve taking it more seriously and know I'm going 6 days a week and it really makes all the difference. Though my abs took a hit since I started gaining some weight. I wanted to get around the 72 kg mark but I would end losing even more definition.

ecstasy is phenominal and I aways reccomend somebody takes that , just make sure it's mdma and that you hydrate properly. Steroids are fine as long as you're not going insane with three compound stacks and becoming some arnie tier lifter. Cigas are alright since it's an occasioanl smoke and not terrible along with non nicotine vaping I suppose Stay the fuck away from cocaine.

Psychadelics can be good, but I would advise against it because you might suffer a psychotic break, you could recover and have a horrible near death experience, or go all the way down the rabbit hole and become our crownless king Connor Murphy.

Yeah, I used to take a stack for hair with about 3 different ingredients, totalling about 9 pills, and I stopped after a month cause I couldn't be bothered to drop 9 pills a day to keep hair thicker.
I barely notice side effects from anything, but I don't think I'm gonna bother with fin.

Maybe give it a go, see if it's worth the money, and if not, leave it at that.
I already buzzed my head for a few months end of last year and it didn't look too bad, so I'm not worried.

I don't have a leg press machine :( I squat twice a week, heavy with lots of volume. I always had lower back pain after squats but I've worked on my form heaps and I am just now starting to consistently squat well and heavy.

if you like Mishima's novels it's great too. I really admire his philosophy and the apple metaphor he uses to describe the joining of physical and imaginative/mental existence in death/the act of dying. It sums Mishima up greatly.

I have unusually large ribs, so they've never really shown. I've had a couple doctors say that they're unusually large. I'm not exactly low body fat right now as I've been putting on weight - But they've never really shown even when I weighed 9 stone and didn't work out.

I tried hair removal cream for the first time ever on just my chest and I was allergic to it.
