Easiest ways to enhance rice is fried rice.
>choose vegetables (bell pepper, carrots, peas, broccoli, snow peas, etc)
>saute veggies in wok for a couple minutes using olive oil
>set aside veggies
>scramble eggs in wok
>add cold/old rice (important it's cold)
>mix together
>add 1-2 tablespoons onions sauce
>add a couple tablespoons of ketchup
>mix together
>add veggies
>keep stir frying for a couple more minutes until rice is nice and brown

I make fried rice instead

Two slices of bacon or turkey bacon, fry up
Put cold/leftover rice into pan, fry
Crack two eggs in, season and stir completely
Put broc and chicken in
Put torn bacon in

I think the eggs elevate it a lot

Mercury is not a concern with freshwater or farmed fish. It tends to accumulate near the top of the food chain, but farmed fish are not part of the chain at all. In rivers the food chain is shorter and there is also less exposure.

Unironically just learn how to cook. You can make so much good food that isn't packed full of calories

Pic related was my dinner tonight. A simple stir fry although I used a little too much stir fry sauce but whatever. Just around ~750 calories and fills you up like crazy.

Can I eat this shit every night for dinner without becoming malnourished? I hate cooking and wasting money on food.
>>
>>61997789
I eat pretty much the same thing except oatmeal instead of rice. I eat greek yogurt for breakfast
>>
>>61997789
>Can I eat this shit every night for dinner without becoming malnourished?

not really. you'd need to add something nutritious like 2 glasses of milk per day to be certain (you could live off of only milk).

my friend only ate chicken broc rice for a year and started developing a random food allergy.
>>
>>61997789
If you hate cooking unironically get into making burritos, rice, beef or chicken, whatever veg or salad you want, some salsa inside and wrap. Great macros and easy to cook and clean up cause you only use 1 pot for rice and 1 pan for meat

Real fit diet:
Meats. Cow meat, pig meat, fish meat, poultry meat. All parts of the animal, including entrails, organs, gizzards, bone marrow. Liver is important. Blood sausages. Eggs, milk, butter. That's it. Plants are not for human consumption. Mushrooms are acceptable (especially the ones that give you spiritual visions).

There is some steroids in spinach I think, but in very low quantities. I remember some study that gave that steroid concentrated to some athletes who grew muscle faster, but to get the same amount the gave you'd have to eat an abscene amount of spinach every day (multiple kilos or something like that). I bet it is healthy though

Might have been said before.

Make some rice, then pour your rice into eggs on a pan (about 3-5 eggs per cup of rice), then pour a little bit of onions sauce (only a little bit since it is high in sodium). Let it sit on the pan for a little, while stirring. You can add vegetables if you want.

Now for the second part take some chicken, beat it up real good (to tenderize it), then put on a lot of spices (I prefer a lot more than i would reccomend) and cook it for a bit. When it is done cut it into small pieces and pour the chicken bit spice bombs, into your rice and eggs. Taset great and it is cheap

I absolutely LOVE spinach and eat it everyday. I eat it with salmon and port salut cheese in an omelet (sautee the spinach with a little salt and olive oil, set it aside, prep the eggs and add the spinach with the lox and cheese, I mix spinach into marinara sauce for pastas. adds great flavor, I like spinach and mixed greens salads with sliced steak and hard boiled eggs. I like spinach sauteed and then mixed with heavy cream and a few eggs to make a pseudo soufflé.
Spinach is great in almost all non dessert dishes.

I made a similar recipe recently of “protein crepes.” Watch internet shaquilles crepe brunch video for the technique, but the basic recipe is:
>6 eggs
>half cup milk
>half cup flour
>blend in blender
>put a little butter in pan
>thinly coat in batter, cook until edges come up
>flip
I put on fat free cheese and let it melt on top, along with shredded chicken and hot sauce.
