How do I get the 6 pack abs
I always feel like I look better in the mirror then I take a picture and feel bad again. I'm 6'2, left is 8 months ago at 245 lbs, right is yesterday at 196 lbs. I feel like I've put on a decent amount of lean mass but you sure as hell cant tell from the pics. My should shoulder circ. went from 43 to 44 inches and arms went from 14 to 15 inches despite the weight loss. The lack of strength gains from cutting is too much for me now so I'm starting to try recomping over the last couple weeks.
