If you have the equipment, the best thing to do while detrained is SS or some other linear progression program. Squeeze out all the strength gains you can. GOMAD is a meme unless you're very underweight and struggling to put on weight.
After that you can reassess your goals but first do that for a few months

I did ss for 2 months then hit a wall so i have been doing a different routine for another two but growth is slow and frustrating.
Lifts are at 110/175/280/300 right now. Though my bitch ass weak hands are whats holding back my dl more than anything. I have been dirty bulking so i look like shit too sitting at about 190lbs 5'7. Its pathetic bro

Depends on your strength level rn. Like the other guy said do a beginner program if you're really weak rn. I know people will hate on it but the reddit forums will tip you off to a lot of good programs, I just started BBB: Beefcake and it seems good so far. You really just need to read a few programs and pick one that seems right for you. For example I was looking at a few others, Doggcrapp, Depp Water, and decided against them because one didn't include bench press and the other had snatch and cleans which I simply have no interest in and don't have the equipment for at my gym.
