GOMAD is a meme unless you're very underweight and struggling to put on weight.After that you can reassess your goals but first do that for a few months

I know people will hate on it but the reddit forums will tip you off to a lot of good programs, I just started BBB: Beefcake and it seems good so far. You really just need to read a few programs and pick one that seems right for you. For example I was looking at a few others, Doggcrapp, Depp Water, and decided against them because one didn't include bench press and the other had snatch and cleans which I simply have no interest in and don't have the equipment for at my gym.
