The squat and bench tech he teaches is questionable, i would watch the vids in the OP and read some stuff from Louie and Tate. Just remember that cleans are only in that program because Rip originally marketed it to high school football coaches. They aren't helpful at all for progressing your deadlift, like Rip claims. SDLs will help your squat and deadlift and are also, imo, less fatiguing than power cleans.
