Calling all diabetic fitizens, how do u correct Ur diet after falling into a high and low pattern?

I normally just fix the spikes by moving to a keto like diet but I'm finding it hard this time

Try focusing on eliminating linoleic acid almost completely and giving yourself a small eating window. Maybe 2MAD in a 4-6 hour window, idunno. Could include local raw honey for cravings in those meals, as it seems like it doesn't prolong insulin spikes for as long as any other carb, seems like blood sugar stays low shortly after eating it.
