I don’t know what all the beef with CrossFit is. Doing Olympic lifts for time or speed can promote bad form but that’s on the lifter. It’s half an hour of weight lifting followed by half an hour of circuit training. It isn’t bodybuilding but people that train 5 days per week seem to be pretty fit people after a year. One great thing that you have to give CrossFit credit for is it put a barbell into the hands of a shitload of people that never would have without CrossFit.
