Greg Nuckols posted an article where he showed and explained, that in strength sports weight and records have a clear correlation. But that is for men that train on levels both of us have not even closely reached (people who have maxxed out their technique and CNS, aka profesional athletes). And if you want to have a bit of fun, go to your butcher and ask him for 20lbs of meat, look at the fucking size of that slab and imagine it added to your body. This is why size makes a difference in real life, but not so much in pictures.
