Have you accepted the fact that size does not equal strength yet?

Pic related is me. I can bench 225 for 1 rep. Yet there are guys who can bench 315 who are not only smaller than me, but look worse.

Fluff and pump produces better results. My physique is evidence of this fact.

You look muscular, lean and athletic, no doubt about that. But for strength and size, the correlation of both is not a meme. Greg Nuckols posted an article where he showed and explained, that in strength sports weight and records have a clear correlation. But that is for men that train on levels both of us have not even closely reached (people who have maxxed out their technique and CNS, aka profesional athletes). And if you want to have a bit of fun, go to your butcher and ask him for 20lbs of meat, look at the fucking size of that slab and imagine it added to your body. This is why size makes a difference in real life, but not so much in pictures.

Oh shit, I just changed to a split because my gym bro went on a diet and couldnt do a routine that required max loads plus we started our home gym when corona hit, so we had to plan around the equipment we had at the time.

Tuesday: Bench 5x5, Incline 4x8, DB incline 3x12, resistance bands butterfly(fckn lol) 3xF

wednesday:Pendlay rows 5x5, wide grip pull ups 3x8, (self build) sled pulls with rope 4x, Bodybuilder rows 3x12, one handed resistance band pulls 3xF

Friday: Deadlifts 3x5, Ohp 5x5, lat raises 4x8, db shoulder press 3x12, resistance band front raises 3xF

Sunday: Squats 5x5, front squats 4x8, sled pushes 4x, stiff leg deadlifts 3x8, lunges 3x12

its complete horseshit, too much volume with sets of five combined, but its my own and I have fun with it. But I will surely change it after my holidays this summer.

I would say you are lower than 15%bf, but have drawn the short stick when it comes to ab visibility. For square pecs I would suggest shit ton of volume for upper chest. lower chest will grow on its own, but upper chest makes the square look. I cant guarantee it, but it worked for me.
