I'm trying to achieve a subtle cyberpunk "data courier" style. When I try to search for inspiration, all the images that come up look like cosplay stuff or Halloween costumes. I want to find more daily outfits that take inspiration from cyberpunk media without looking like ridiculous cosplay stuff. Any ideas /fa/?Picrel is one of my outfits. There is a system76 laptop inside the bag
>>17258837you should concentrate on school and then worry about larping with your fathers shoes on
>>17258840I'm 24 working as a remote software engineer
>>17258837there's no way that guys feet are that big
>>17258855The boots are size 12, I think the low angle the picture was taken at makes them look bigger than they are
>>17258837Black t shirt - black khakis tucked into booth. laptop bag. Are you retarded?
>>17258837I already successfully dress like this and get mad pussy.please go away and try something else
Now that we've gotten the mandatory useless posts from four retards in a row out of the way, does anyone want to actually talk about cyberpunk fashion?
>>17258929No because what you have posted as "fashion" just looks like the average person wearing black clothes. Your taste will get better but only after your gf forces you to lmao.
>>17258959That guy looks pretty cyberpunk to me, if he had a trench coat he'd look straight out of the matrix. The pants in my OP aren't khakis btw
>>17258990That is basic. This is effay.
>>17258995That's pretty cool, the fur on that coat makes him look super gay though
>>17258995these are different looks>>17258999grow up
>>17258840fuck that made me laugh
>>17259002It's not my fault that you guys think I wrote:>What should I do with my life?>How big do you think my feet should be?>What am I wearing in picrel?>Anon, how do I get mad pussy like you?>How can I dress like a gayboy in a vegas casino?instead of what I actually wrote
>>17258837nike SFBs are pretty good for a basic boot, theyre really light
>>17258995Damn that's a nice coat. Anyone know who made it/makes something comparable?
wear a hat
>>17258837This is all you need
>>17259276>huge collar makes his head look tiny>slim fit jeans>tucked into oversized Converse ripoffsThis looks so fucking stupid
>>17258929This movie is kino of the highest order. It’s crazy how even a good suit with accessories will fit the cyberpunk aesthetic
>>17259276what do the pauldrons on the jacket shoulders do
Mate look at the size of those shoes - you look like a wall bracket
>>17259427They're normal size 12 US boots. The low camera angle makes the lower half of my body look proportionally larger and the top half proportionally smaller. This board really is chock full of retards
>>17259464Even if the boots are properly fitted, they look too big for that fit. A slimmer black boot or a high top sneaker would be better. I like these Palladium boots, they kind of look cyberpunk with the extra detailing on them.
you like a fucking retard>>17258959
>>17259765They probably just look big because he's a dyel manlet.
all black is not a requirement for cyber punk, try out something like pic related
>>17258846My man you need to lift
>>17259765>>17260642These are some neat ideas, thanks for the relevant posts anons
>>17260676if you are going for the all black aesthetic you might like something like pic related, I think the doc martin combs tech 2’s really fit the low-key cyber punk tech wear goal you’re aiming for, pair them with some black cargo pants, baggy hoodie or sweatshirt and some technical outerwear
>>17260734this is cool
>>17258837gym but also you can start with shellzine.net
>>17258837If you're going to wear larpy styles like cyberpunk you really need to be pretty fit, so you don't look like a total nerd dork.
>>17261338>shellzine.netInteresting, I've never heard of this site before, thanks anon
if you're going to dress flashy, make sure your personality can back it up. no one wants to find out the guy with the cool techwear outfit does nothing but watch vtuber clips on discord all day.

>>17259323God dammit anon how come I never noticed how fucking stupid those shoes look until now>>17259765These are some top tier cyberpunk shoes. Anon maybe wear these with some techwear cargos for a fit.
>>17258837Breifing brand backpacks/bags
>>17260642wth are those pants? I need them.
>>17259243Gorski makes a black shearling coat, but it might fit a little wider. The one in the post you’re replying to is basically sexcore, if it was fastened in the front the dude would probably have his movement restricted.
>>17260734id on jacket?
This is my take on actually pulling off a cyberpunk sort of look without being a poser:Outfit: -Oversized tshirts-Baggy cargos or tapered hiking pants -Combat bootsLifestyle:-Work in cybersecurity (Incident Response and / or Threat Intelligence)-Lift weights + train combat sports
>>17259464I wouldn't be throwing insults around when you want to look like a 'data courier' why don't you grow up you flaming faggot

The palladium boots and alpha industries bomber jacket that anons recommended came in the mail today, pretty cool>>17268088No, rabbit hats are not cyber
Legendary thread with actual participation, this is great to see. Loving the fits everyone. And OP, an outfit isn't just the clothes but the energy that you bring to them, so while I would recommend accessorising I would also recommend discounting the 'cringe bland all black fit' naysayers.Modified Soviet tanker helm by yours truly.
>>17258837unironically does anyone have any ideas on how I can incorporate cyberpunk aesthetics to my wigger fits? I tried looking into cyberghetto but its all women.
>>17267218this could look ok, but the coat looks cheap and your pants look bad too.i think the coat is the main focal point of this particular look, so i think it would look better if the coat was a nicer coat--no cap my dude

>>17273740This is not /cgl/. The concept is already close to LARP, the glasses are a giant leap into cosplay.
in hackers (1995) they actually wear pretty wild shit.
>>17273746Nah Oakley Katos got them nose bridges which are very cyberpunk to me

>>17267218you look like you'd be the protag in cruelty squad
You can never pull off a "cyberpunk" look if you're ugly, and considering you hid your face and I can see a hint of greasy, unkempt hair, I can bet you are an uggo, maybe even an uggo with pimples. My point is that if you are a gross individual it will either look like a larp or look like a sperg, both are bad and people will think there is another Matrix movie out and you are headed to a cosplay event. Work on your body before you start throwing the clothes on!

this thread, but boots instead of running shoes
>>17276582I got some stuff from them a while ago, it's pretty good quality and you can see the designer comes from an Avantgarde background, sets itself apart from the usual techwear clothing
>>17276582>>17276797I have a couple of cargo pants from them and they're some of my fav pieces.
I'm a "data engineer" and this thread is plain retatded. I wear gym shorts and a tanktop in my wfh office. When it's chilly I pull up a wool blanket and get cozy. Stop playing dress up and learn to code. Then you'll be cyberpunk.
>>17276844I wish I was like you... I was a lowly IT tech>>17273070 until I got booted out of my corp when COVID hit. Now I'm forced to take private security contracts for government agencies... I just want to get my cubicle back
>>17276844Spoken like a true NPC lacking protagonist energy. One day you're going to be sat in your office chair under your blanket and out of the corner of your eye you're going to spot OP sneaking into your office in a trenchcoat and shades, taking cover behind random furniture. You'll be all "what the fuck are you doing in my house you fucking dweeb" but then he'll perform a nonlethal takedown on you and proceed to hack into your computer while speaking only in Deus Ex quotes. This is the life you've chosen for yourself.
so happy i found this thread i been into cyberpunk fashion for years since BR2049. currently rocking the two best cyberpunk brands out there Acronym and enfin leve. this thread is great! glad people are getting into cyberpunk more now yea!

>>17258837i like the idea of full black but the idea of cyberpunk clothing sounds fucking retarded unless you're 10yo who's parents got him cyberpunk 2137

>>17276844"data engineering" = literally tweaking SQL queries all day, git gud before you talk shit
OP here, I wore the palladium boots, the pants from my OP picrel, a black hoodie, and a black beanie to a party this weekendMy friend said i looked like "some kind of European hacker" and somebody else complimented my style and asked where I got the boots. It's a good type of outfit for me after allNext time I go somewhere I'll add that alpha industries jacket to the mix. Thanks a lot for the recommendations anons
