Well, I did it again. I was getting my hair cut yesterday and they were watching CNN and the newscasters were being super hard on Trump and then I looked on RCP and saw his numbers are even more down.

On the way out I grabbed a chocolate mint from a dish they had and that sent me spiraling. I stopped at Five Guys and got three Bacon Cheeseburgers, two orders of fries, two cheese dogs, and a large drink - only leaving after I ran out of money (I didn't order it all at once, I kept just going back up for more). Then I drove home and put two pizzas in the oven, and made an entire box of De Cecco Rigatoni with some bottled sauce. I ate all that, then went in the pantry and ate two boxes of cookies, two bags of pretzels, an entire bag of macadamia nuts.

This morning I feel like I've regained control but it's not going good.

is it true that if you've at one point been fat, getting a flat tummy is impossible because of stretched skin? I used to be like a 28 BMI (5'6, 175 lbs) and worked my way down to 22.6 so far (140 lbs), and a nice tummy like I had back when I was anorexic is one of my main motivations

1. How restrictive the calorie deficit is
2. How much protein you get
3. Whether you still work out during it
But on the other hand, more muscle mass means a higher BMR so weight loss is easier but it's up to you.

I love skinny whores but if you're planning on doing huge calorie restrictions you're going to need a multi-vitamin and perhaps even further Vitamin D and calcium supplements as well as iron. You're at higher risk for osteopenia/porosis at lower body fat % so bone health is exceedingly important.
There is a higher proportion of females on /fa/ and not only would your iron consumption be suspect on low calorie diets, you're likely losing iron/blood through regular menstruation (assuming you're still having periods and don't have other sexual endocrine derangements).

You likely wont feel very good but perhaps will get used to it. You *shouldn't* have organs
"shutting down" as long as you maintain adequate hydration for renal function. Your brain runs on carbohydrates/sugars so you'll probably feel hazy but that's not really a "failure."

People go for a long time starving and I have patients in the hospital who go for a few days without anything to eat/drink (with IV fluids for hydration) and do *ok* before having to consider parenteral nutrition. I do worry about electrolyte derangements in you folks, but if you're young and healthy your body should compensate for changes in potassium and sodium.

All of these exercises are pretty bad, the best exercise for losing weight are long walks, like 3-4 hours, if you walk at a fast pace you can burn up to 400 calories an hour, not only that but unlike running or lifting weights its not at all taxing and it wont make you hungry, you come back from the gym feeling tired and hungry, you come back from a long walk feeling relaxed.
I remember when i was a chubby 85kg 16 year old, then i went on a hiking holiday in Nepal for a month and id walk for about 8 hours a day, whenever wed stop wed stuff our faces with as much rice as we could but i came back a skinny 65kg and ever since then ive been doing long walks to stay skinny. Its also great for your mental health, you can listen to music or podcasts on your walks, but its best to just be alone with your thoughts.
