Are the Pro's really that different? I hear they're more durable, but I feel like the original Old Skools didn't have a durability problem. They're like 95% visually the same, but they appear more bulky than the originals. Which do you prefer.

The pros have a chunky insole. Much more comfy than the regulars.

picrel

The pros are worth it only if you skate. If you skate you know how fast your shoes get fucked up.

I’m 27... i don’t skate
>>
>>15365147
the pro worth the money even if you don't skate

Maybe I'm weird, but I found the originals to be more comfortable. Maybe it's because the Pro's are bulkier and I didn't try them on in a larger size.
>>
>>15365003
Pros are made specifically for skating, with reinforcements on targeted areas of the shoe. I've had both and the Old Skools always seperate at the sole and the mid, right near the toe box, after like 6 months of daily wear.
>>
>>15365003
homie, if you buy the pro model size up 0,5 because of the big sole inside the shoes. thanks me later.

Converse.

Why would your age somehow be relevant to whether you skate or not. The only people I know who skate (as in the sport and not for transportation) are in their thirties, including me, and have jobs and houses and wives and shit.
>>
vans are shit and fall apart in <12 months. fuck vans

lol
>>
>>15367690
What do you wear then?
>>

>thing that I'm unable to do/doesn't hold my interest must be for children
And still you appropriate the shoes as a fashion like a good little culture vulture

>leather chucks
>not even the 70s
Terrible
>>
>>15366326
Leather Converse are gross. Canvas or nothing. Leather Vans are alright though.

OP shoes are the most normie shoes on the planet, so played out by literally everyone. When i see people wear these, I know they don't think for themselves.
>>
>>15368763
you have never worn a pair of 70s, they're the most solid pair of canvas sneaker on the market
>>
>>15368778
What a grand assumption to make about people, simply by looking at their shoes. Surely you must think of yourself as some kind of savant.
>>
>>15365147
Don’t wear vans
>>
>>15368787
I surely do.
>>
>>15368938
Emphasis on the autism.
