Any brands that are actually worth a damn? They all break down on me.

Use cobalt

No, you are using the wrong tool for the wrong job.

Cobalt is more brittle, the exact opposite of what you want with an impact driver

Drill bits and counter sink should be separate. I have two drills and an impact for this reason. The bits and countersink provide more value / utility over combining the tools... kitchen knife ovee pocket knife

Not really, I just get cheap ones from harbor freight and consider them disposable/temporary.

Are you talking about drill bits, impact ready bits, or countersink bits?

Idk how you’re wrecking countersink bits so fast going into wood. I just use DeWalt or Milwaukee versions.

Drill bits are consumables, treat them as such

You can get a little more out of good ones if you want to. The Drill Doc is a little expensive but it’s fuckin fast and easy and makes such a difference.

Sure if you're doing 10-20 holes.
When you need to drill and countersink 1000 holes then you will stop using your separate bits.

Maybe you will, and you can have a lot of fun dealing with your broken shit while I'm trucking along without stopping.
