How can i make the ornate gold/brass decorations like pic rel, just as detailed with all the curves and nicks and cranies, but with paper? I have the paint ready to go.

Make a mold of what you want.
Grind the paper back to a pulp, make sure it's properly wet
Press into the mold.
Wait to dry
Remove and seal with thinned glue.
