When did these small inverter stick welders get so good? These have a similar duty cycle to the huge machines, provide DC ability and cost less.

>>2549920I have the mig/flux version in 120v-240v with the digital readouts and it's pretty damn good. For my small stuff like .120 walled box or .250 plate it works fine on 120v. I just started building an engine crane out of old steel pipe I salvaged and had to switch to the 240v plug. This thing cooks! If you're not welding pipe all day it's a great cheap alternative. I'm running 10-15 second beads at the most with 75/25 mix. It can also accept the tig spool as well.
