What's the best way to clean off this sticky residue from basement concrete floor?
Something thought it was a good idea to put sticky tiles on a basement floor and it just turned into moisture paradise.
I was thinking maybe some Zep masonry floor cleaner? But I've never used the stuff before.

You could try a petroleum based solvent, like lighter fluid ( “charcoal starter”) or “goof-off”.
Or, new flooring right over it, like ceramic tiles if you get water there at times.
