This was one of the most polarizing shows during its short tenure on TV. Many believed that this was insulting to transgender and gender non-confirming individuals while the others called it liberal propaganda that wanted to convert kids to the trans agenda. Further proving that both sides are the same and should just go kill themselves. The reality is that this was a mundane cartoon played for laughs that may become popular one day once a meme gets made and everyone rediscovers it like all things in the media. And while the creator said it was something thought up as a kid, the whole premise is just one gigantic dad joke about dressing in drag.
So do you want me to start posting the fetish art or not?
>>134224156nobody watched this outside of mentally ill tranny lovers on /co/
>>134224156>>134224179It was he he ha ha boy in dress show you faggots.>>134224179We were not even at that point dum dum.
>>134224168get on it
Do you think it would have gotte even more attention if it wasn't on the same network as Horse Show?
>>134224179Tumblr did. They hated it and wanted it cancelled, closeted fag.
>>134224156If this show came out a few years later, it would have had several seasons and Twitter would have celebrated it, instead of it getting prematurely cancelled by transphobic Karens.
>>134224579This aired on The Hub / Discovery Family? And there are a lot of shows on that network that got overshadowed by the Pony show.
>>134224592No it wouldn't. You forget that all of that was still going on when it initially aired and Tumblr/Twitter hated the shit calling it insulting or right wing mocking trans issues. The only reason why it not seems like it was because faggots on /co/ loved and /new/ had a stick up their ass as always.
>>134224592Wasn't the character on the left confirmed trans though?Guy was never trans. He was someone who fell into the role after being a bitch and had this superhero role thrusted on him.
>>134224579I can't imagine any of the big 3 airing shezow, it just seems too weird. The idea of switching to Nick or Disney and seeing shezow around that time would have definitely a got bigger angry soccer mom response then it had with the hub. The only other channel I think shezow could have aired would have been Disney XD. It would have fit nicely with Kick Buttowski, Dude that's my ghost, Jimmy two shoes, and Randy Cunningham.
>>134224636>Wasn't the character on the left confirmed trans though? No.
>>134224620>You forget that all of that was still going on when it initially aired and Tumblr/Twitter hated the shit calling it insulting or right wing mocking trans issues.I didn't forget, I just didn't know. I was a kid back then, so I wasn't on any form of social media.>>134224636No, you fucking faggot.
>>134224156Netflix revival when?
>>134224553Not him but…
>>134225880This is the only reason I come to these threads.
>>134224156This show marked the start of the frankly disturbing trend of writers and directors who revel in any attempt to embarrass and emasculate young boys
I usually don't post sketches, but for a shezow thread, why not, maybe someone will like it.And also, in the last Marco/Shadow thread, I didn't have time to deliver a pic with Marco in time, can I post it here? I think OR will visit this thread
>>134226440>can I post it here? I think OR will visit this threadI mean, I'm not OR but I'm interested
>>134226440I like it.
>>134226752Dat sweat though.
>>134224636Exactly, he was just crossdressingI watched a one or two episodes of it following the controversy and I remember that it was pretty tame. If I was a kid I wouldn't have watched this, it's just bland.
Oh my word! Shezow is fighting crime without a skirt or pants on!
>>134231566words can't do it justice. it needs to be seen to be believed.
