Then you get Stan and Tolkien who can just be hanging out because they are friends start making the boats, as well as for other people in town who would own streams like that farmer guy.After that the plot could mostly play out the same with the rich guy coming and Cartman wanting to get his mom fake tits, as well as the rich guy offering the boys a lot of money to make lots of boats. Randy then only comes in when he as a geologist is investigating the streams in the mountains and notices all the real estate signs, and then all the boats coming down the streams. He finds one of Tolkien's dad's boats and confronts him about it, who is shocked to hear about the water running out and all the land being brought, as his own water back home is starting to run out. He tells Randy that Stan and the boys are the ones making the boats, so Randy goes to Stan and tells him he has to stop making these boats, he takes him to t he rich guy's house and that plays out the same just without the Karen bit. Same with Tolkien's dad confronting Pi Pi.

I'd personally say that Butters' parents are good characters (not morally good but entertaining) their problem is that they are simply overused, which is a by product of Butters being overused. I also enjoy Kenny's parents, so add them to the hardmode list as well.

Craig was great in the original Pandemic episodes and The Fractured But Whole but outside of that he's just alright.
