Here's what the Ducktales reboot by Joe Pitt was supposed to look like (Pic related). That series would be more based on Carl Barks and Don Rosa comics and Donald and Scrooge would be the main characters, but Disney had other plans and wanted children to be the main focus, so former Gravity Falls writers got involved (which ended), and writers for Wander Over Yonder (including Angones), whose series was canceled. That’s why I can’t blame Angones so much, even though he’s to blame for most of the bad things at Nu-Tales, unlike the Disney management what’s best for the audience to present and just canceled out great ideas. You definitely know the rest of the story. It certainly turned out to be bad to give someone to manage a series that he doesn't know enough about or can't do properly.

Nu-Tales had really great potentials like actors like David Tennant and Catherine Tate and some mysteries, but in the end they almost ruined everything by focusing too much on nephews and Webby, boring episodes, unnecessary references and too many characters and thus in the end a series that all revolves around Scrooge and Webby, as if they were some superheroes without them being superheroes. And of course Angones ’sick tweets proving how much he has no idea. I hope the Darkwing Duck reboot will be better than Nu-Tales, although I doubt it will be anything particularly great. Disney has only stifled every opportunity for ducks to shine again, as well as canceling particularly great plans like Epic Donald. Luckily, there are Donald Duck comics that I can enjoy, but unfortunately it will take many years to get some good animated adaptation about Donald Duck and Duckverse in general. Yes, Legend of the Three Caballeros is great, but unfortunately due to low ratings, that series will not even win its second season. Fuck you, Disney!

Story promptOkay so Violet is doing some solo research at the library when she falls asleep in a corner (hasn't been sleeping well that week). When she wakes up, it's nighttime, the library is closed and abandoned and she's completely locked in. After an attempt or 2 of escaping, she decides to just stay the night there. For some reason, she decides to take a page from Webby's book and use being alone as an excuse for being nude.
