Did he have a point?
>>

The point was he missed the entire point of Superman, which is fitting considering his profession and outlook on life and people.
Or maybe Tarantino's just a hack I dunno

No? Not at all. Dumb nigger never read the comics. His true identity is Clark Kent. Who he is at the end of the day is Clark Kent.

How would a debate between these two Superman fanboys go?
>>
>>128246057
It wasn't Superman's critique on humans, it was just that he needed to differentiate himself from Superman as much as possible, so he chose to look weak, unsure of himself and a coward compared to the strong, confident Superman.
In fact, Superman thinks humans are brave because they aren't as strong/fast/etc. as him, and yet are still capable of showing strength, fearlessness and heroism.

Hes the bad guy

to be fair bill is old there's a strong chance he's referring to sliver age super man who often was depicted as superman first Clark Kent second, he probably hasn't read a super man book since he was 12.
>>
>>128246057
He has a point about Pre Crisis Superman but he's issuing it way past into the era of Post Crisis Superman.
>>
I'll take "What is projecting for $500?"

This. Superman was going for the LEAST LIKELY person to ever be Superman.

If he joined the Circus as a Strongman or did ANYTHING involving physical work, people will notice him and put two and two together. Plus, Clark LIKES writing IIRC.

HE WAS ACTUALLY TALKING ABOUT HIMSELF AND THE BRIDE

You fucking idiots
>>
>>128246292
We know that, you bigger idiot.

Yup this also goes into characterization of Lex Luthor. Part of the whole thing with Luthor is that even though he's smart enough to probably figure out that Supes and Clark are the same his ego doesn't let him imagine a world where Superman would ever not be Superman let alone a cosplay as a lesser being.

Irritates me when we get depictions of Lex where he just casually figures out they're the same person cause it kind of misses the point and established character.

He literally built a computer one time to figure out who superman was more apt to believe he fucked up than that it was actually Clark Kent

No, most of you clearly fucking don't. The whole god damned point of the scene is Bill sees things through a twisted worldview. His interpretation of Superman is wrong because his belief that Beatrix isn't capable of living a normal life is wrong.

>No, most of you clearly fucking don't.
>His interpretation of Superman is wrong
As most of us in the thread laid out. Are doing Superman's critique of retards right now?
>>
>>128246057
He was a psychopath.
>>
>>128246057
I don't think he sees humans like that, but Superman being the true persona is true to pre-crisis Supes, right?
>>
>>128246615
The "Bill is supposed to be wrong, he's the villain" posts are the minority. Faggots in here are actually discussing Superman which means they missed the point, and then there's THIS asshole >>128246407

>The "Bill is supposed to be wrong, he's the villain" posts are the minority
Just because they don't blatantly say that, we know that villain's viewpoints are wrong to the range of some to full degree because they're the villains.
Taking that into consideration, nearly all the posts are saying "Bill is supposed to be wrong, he's the villain" and then elaborating on why as well.
Retard.
>>
>>128246057
the point of this scene is that bill cant understand the desire to be a normal person
