It focuses on the kid learning how to become better with people and is super sweet. Unfortunately, the final volume ends it abruptly. Other than that, it's a good read if you can look over the onee x shota part. Also I love the artwork for this.(Right) My Darling Ebi-senpai/Itoshi no Ebi-senpai is a comedic BL featuring two shotas - one like a doting puppy and the other with a stand-offish attitude and a bit overprotective - dating and being adorable. It's a good short read if you want a simple story featuring cute shos. Art is alright.

Are there any good age difference mangas where the dude isn't a lanklet? The closest I've found is bara x muscle shota doujins which are fine but I'd prefer something sfw and with a cute shota instead

I sometimes pick random old manga with shota protags and hope for the best. I read Cat Eyed Boy recently. It's a horror anthology manga with a shota cat boy who's in most of the stories. He is naked sometimes but sadly no benis.
