Right now I have a shit ton of eggs that are all double yolkers, what should I do? I get them from the wife of a guy who delivers milk and eggs for a living and was forewarned that they were all double yolks, and I'm 12 for 12 so far with double yolks. What do with the other 48 I have? Scrambling is fine and all I guess.
