Imagine eating this good.
I find that I prefer sirloin well done. Ribeyes are better rare.
>>18855231Pretty good. Could use more sear.
>>18855229is that water and milk?
>>18855231agreed with the other anon, pretty good inside, perhaps a tiny bit more raw on the core would be perfect for my tastebut really you gotta work on the searing, you are losing flavor
>>18855234Idk how to get more sear. Maybe towel it dry before cooking or use less butter in the pan.>>18855240Yeah, only things I drink.
>>18855229a l s ofries to go along with steak, lettuce and grilled green pepper can go as well, but whatever you do, give me fries
>>18855231I estimate 93 grams protein.Doublestuff Oreos? Cringe.
>no sauce
>>18855247>Maybe towel it dry before cooking or use less butter in the pan.not an expert but yes this could be it, also high temps on the pan help
>>18855256I just sprinkle extra salt when I want more oomph.
>>18855229Keep it simple.
>>18855229something about this post though, makes me think "/fit/"cause you guys eat in a very specific and dystopian kind of way
>>18855229>congratulations beef no
Cure the sirloin next time with salt in the fridge each side 6-12 hours depending on your scheduling.
I think you mean "this well"
>>18855231if you learned to sous vide you wouldn't have those massive sections of well done dry meat.
OP a gigantic faggot as always
>>18855229Looks good aside from the goyreos
>>18855411>whole foods is dystopianMost """meals""" just add a bunch of random bullshit for negligible effect
i bet your shits are absolutely horrendous
>>18855229nice cellphone what are you irish?
>>18856245That neglibile effect is called taste, you absolute schizo
>>18855247aren't you the anon who always had the ibc rootbeer? hope you been well homie, glad you're still here <3
>>18856278Yes, it is. But the principles of marginal utility and diminishing returns still apply. Is it worth paying the extra dollar, spending the extra time in the grocery store, working the ingredient into your cooking for that slight subtle taste, when cooked steak is already tastes good? How about for the other ten ingredients? At what point do you opt for simplicity over luxurious experimentation?
milk is a yucky yucky drink except with Oreos which is just splendidgood job OP. maybe take it easy with the eggs next time.
>>18856341>maybe take it easy with the eggs next time. How else would he get the full 90+ grams protein he needs while remaining on OMAD? Do you even lift?
>>18855247>Idk how to get more searWhatever method you're using (I strongly recommend reverse-sear), try transferring the steak into a really really hot pan with a good amount of some high smoke point oil and sear briefly on both sides. Or use a torch. If you used butter, as you stated, the problem is that its not getting hot enough. The heat you'd want for a good sear would burn butter.
>>18856351no but I keep saying I'll start. I had a burst appendix some years ago and after 5 days of antibiotic drip all my gut flora was gone. being an overcrowded public hospital nobody gave me probiotics. over the next 6 months I got so sick I lost all my muscle (chest was honestly down to ribs) and my hair started falling out. they were screening me for crohn's disease and cancer when a doctor came in and asked how many weeks I was on probiotics after the surgery. I aid "probi-what?" and he was just like "jesus christ" and almost punched the wall.I started regaining my fitness from lots of mountain biking and climbing, but had a bad crash about 2 years ago where I tore my rotator cuff and ripped a ton of skin off my right hand. since then I haven't been very confident on the bike and found that on strenuous descents my shoulder can no longer support my weight and the handle bars. now I just try to do lots of long walks but have lost the ambition to go back into my athletic hobbies of yore.i bought a dumbbell set about a year ago in hopes i would use it strengthen my shoulder but i haven't really touched it. wat do? i don't even know where to start anymore.
>>18855229Oh man dude that steak is so fucking gray what the fuck do you hate fucking flavor?? Jc dawg ur gonna be chewing for fucking hours.
>>18856405are you doing okay, anon?
>>18856126>boil your food in plastic, it's better
>>18856447I guess so. Just need to try and get fit before I just become a piece of shit just waiting to have a stroke
>>18856405You're just gonna have to start lifting. It doesn't have to be some crazy intense thing. Success at weight lifting is all about consistency, you just have to do something even if it's 15 minutes every other day.It gets easier and easier. Also I would suggest taking creatine or a pre-workout supplement as directed.
>>18855411Definitely getting those "boring bodybuilder" vibes. At least throw in a sweet potato or rice.
the top of the food pyramid, shame on your OP
>>18856502man that's old...
>>18856463Yeah I guess you're right. At the moment it looks like work is going to renew my contract so I might not have to move again. if that happens I'll buy a little bench just to posture myself properly while I do shoulder presses or something. at the moment all I really have is a metal that's too tall
>>18856502>>18856523I wonder whatever happened to lazyeye hypnocaek girl
>>18855229>eats like that>dies of heart attack>"the vaxx did this"
>>18855247You need a steel or iron pan, not non-stick. It needs to be SCREAMING hot. I mean, get it as hot as you can. Leave it on the flame for 5-10 minutes. Then brush the steak with oil and add it. Don't move it around. Flip it once only when one side is cooked.
>>18856405try skiing or (god forbid) snowboarding. its more legs and back than anything
>>18856660I used to ski a lot during winters but I now live in an unskiworthy country, so I kind of stick to hikes for the time being. Should probably try and get back on the bike, just around town to start with.>>18856636
>>18855309Okay, any good ideas?
>>18856405I feel you, I got into a head-on collision with a f350 at 50mph and my spine has never been the same. Still work out but God does it hurt, 24/7
>>18856502I wish we could go back bros...
>>18855231beautiful desu
>>18855229>HB eggs>steak>oreosI have more respect for chicken breast& steamed broccoli preptards than I do for you, you weirdo.>>18855231>well done sirloinWhy yes, I do enjoy dry and overcooked lean steak cuts.
>>18855229
>>18857288looks nice, aside from that potato begging someone to kill it. did you get that cross hatching on an open flame grill or a grill pan?
>>18855231Looks much better than your meals of past, this one isn't actually raw
>>18857676Not sure what you think is wrong with an ordinary baked potato. The steak was cooked on a charcoal grill.
>>18855309kys
>>18858717>The steak was cooked on a charcoal grill.I wouldn't know that from the picture. It looks like you steamed it and then painted the stripes on.
The dinner
>>18857676I paint the hatching on with food coloring
>>18855247>only things I drinkgood lad, stay healthy
