I'm not a morning person at all but I do eat a little something to maintain my circadian rhythm/get my bowels going/get my mood up:-few cups of espresso-few slices of wholewheat bread (2-3)-tiny bit of raw milk cheese-slice of cured ham, usually San Daniele-Alpine honey (rarely)
I usually eat Greek yogurt with granola or oats stirred in. Sometimes I switch it up and have an apple turnover instead.

For protein I combine Andean black chia, I whip up some of my organic own hand cut steel oats and a scoop of whey protein from grass-fed organic cows. I usually mix and match the rest of the ingredients, this morning I had hand threshed flaxseed, with amaranth from a local farm, organic fair trade charcoal activated cacao nibs, matcha powder, organic raw bison milk, activated sango seed sprouts, wheatgrass (homegrown) and some of my own famous home-roasted peanut butter.

>>17864692No and no.I just add everything raw, except the eggshells, into a blender or mixer. Run it for ~6 seconds or so. Add olive oil into low-medium pre-heated pan. Pour the slurry into the pan and flip when to your liking in doneness.I do warn you though, it has poor cohesion and will break unless you let it sit ~5 minutes without burning it in the pan. Can probably be solved by adjusting ingredients but I cba.I only make 1 big pancake out of this to save time.The flavor is 95% dependent on the banana ripeness.
