Got a bamboo steamer over the weekend so I've been experimenting with it. Tonight was some whiting in a ginger-soy sauce and tried to make a steamed egg thing.

Swordfish steaks with a butter/garlic/chive/lemon peel sauce. Never made swordfish before but it actually came out really good, both of us agreed that it tasted like something you'd get at one of those fancy seafood places in Malibu or the SF Bay. Also sauteed green beans/mushrooms/red onion and imported gnocchi from my local Italian deli with butter and cheese. Pretty damn good overall.

I made some lamb chops with a simple pan sauce and rice. I had a tomato salad with tomatoes I grew along with it.

Very delicious! The new way I came up with to make a pan sauce worked extremely well.

It was ok I rate it 5/10. Made cheese sauce, spread on a pita, put partially cooked scrambled eggs on it, chopped chives parsley and oregano, 2 halved cherry tomatoes, sprinkle of bacon bits and a tiny sprinkle of cheddar cheese and mozzarella then I broiled it until it all melted and I cut it into slices. I wouldve preferred sausage
