Swordfish steaks with a butter/garlic/chive/lemon peel sauce. Never made swordfish before but it actually came out really good, both of us agreed that it tasted like something you'd get at one of those fancy seafood places in Malibu or the SF Bay. Also sauteed green beans/mushrooms/red onion and imported gnocchi from my local Italian deli with butter and cheese. Pretty damn good overall.
