If I eat two PB&Js for breakfast, and one hot dog for lunch, does that mean I live six minutes longer?

Wow, this thread is just a treasure trove! Thanks guys, for this legit information

>actually reading after "study says"
You have no right to be this sarcastic.
>>
>sugar-laden processed white bread
>sugar-laden processed peanut butter
>sugar-laden processed "fruit" jelly
The sugar industry surely wouldn't lie to us and send the nation's health into a death spiral AGAIN, would they?

just control your ratio bros
>>
>>16696757
Okay bitch, now what?
>>
>>16696721
So for every hot dog I should have 1 PB&J sandwich to balance it out. Sounds good.
>>
>>16696721
You would have to be an absolute moron to believe that
>>
>>16696721
I'd argue as a 25 year old man if I were to either
A) stop eating food
Or
B) eat PB&J sandwiches

Each one extends my life for a minimum of 24 hours but I don't think my body will start to shutdown until 72 hours. So each sandwich extends my life 72 hours.

live longer with dementia

idk, 48 PBJs a day is going to be a lot. Maybe I don't have the guts to live forever.

I make my own jam with home-grown lemon peppers and blackberries / grapes (blueberries if the birds would fuck off). Certo and Sugar In The Raw being the only store-bought ingredients.
Will this increase the health benefits?

You put peppers in your jam? Why?

It's quite literally awesome, especially peppers that have a subtle taste difference from the norm such as lemon peppers or sugar rush peach peppers.
Hot pepper jelly with a bit of cream cheese on a cracker is goodly, also >>16698394
