Shitty hamburgers from chinese food places. It is getting harder to find them now because no one orders them.
Not a Quebec fag, but I lived there a couple years. Pork cretons seems to be a point of contention. It’s pork pate usually spread on toast.I loved it, wish I could find some in Anglo land.

>>16049704I just tried liver for the first time and thought it seemed pretty bad. When cooking it smells like a live cow is in your house. It just tastes and smells like the outside of a live cow, or a farm/petting zoo, the shit and bile from a cow. It tastes and smells like waste, and the texture is like gritty/sandy pudding. I didn't soak it in milk first because I wanted to get the pure flavor, and it just isn't good.
>>16052571>I didn't soak it in milk first becauseYour fault, then.Next what? Raw pasta?
>>16052571>i wanted to get the full flavour of a food I've never tried, even though a lot of people here have warned me of the strong alkaline taste, by skipping steps while prepping the meal. it just isn't good!
>>16053098>>16053120A meat you need to soak in milk to become acceptable, because its flavor isn't good, isn't a good meat. Sorry.
>>16049723Well I mean if you listed off plant products we'd be here all day.
