I just tried liver for the first time and thought it seemed pretty bad. When cooking it smells like a live cow is in your house. It just tastes and smells like the outside of a live cow, or a farm/petting zoo, the shit and bile from a cow. It tastes and smells like waste, and the texture is like gritty/sandy pudding. I didn't soak it in milk first because I wanted to get the pure flavor, and it just isn't good.
