>tougher than squid and tastes less sweetWhy do we eat these things again?
>>15908005>wejust because it's based on a Japanese image board doesn't mean we ARE Japanese...
>>15908005i don't eat octopus because i saw that netflix documentary and i think they are cute and smart :)
I don't like to eat the big ones because I feel bad since they're so smart. The babies are better as calamari than squid tho.
They are good deep fried with lemon squeezed on it
>>15908005How can a creature be so repulsive but so cute at the same time?
>>15908088he is not repulsive he is very cute and grumpy looking.
>>15908005>we And whose we, op? I don't eat that shit.
>>15908028>it's the same species>"not letting it grow up to become as smart as something I feel bad about eating makes it okay"By that logic there's nothing wrong with an abortion smoothie
A squid could kick any octopuses ass, ever hear of a COLOSSAL SQUID?! How are they tougher? Doubt youd find them nice or sweet when theyre ripping you apart retard
I had cold octopus once while my gf got kalimari next to me. I must admit I was kinda jealous, it wasn't bad exactly but the fried kalimari looked a hell of a lot nicer.
They're sentient, so ontop of providing some marginal nutritional quantity we get to assert our superiority over other thinking beings.
Cephalopods are pretty based, they have donut brains and squids have this weird squid plastic in them.
