>go to japan
>their 7-11s have delicious full, healthy meals with basic ingredients
>come back to the US
>7-11 has nothing but stale sandwiches, dubious burritos, and hot dogs

What the hell? No wonder americans are so fat.
>>
the average gas station owner is millions of dollars in debt so it makes sense they wouldn't spring for a top of the line distributor for food the peddle out of their convenience store.

I would love an Americanized fresh bento box that i could pick up at a convenience store.
>>

eh, I wouldn't pay full price, but I'd get the discounted meals.

>why don't they sell my kawaii pinku bentos at the dayton 7-11
7-11 Hawaii is pretty decent. The quality of the food usually reflects the quality of the culture in the location.

I used to live in hawaii. That place has a ton of influence from Japan so it doesn't really count.

I do miss getting a bento box from the food cart, though. Lunch in the US is mainly just you shoving some trash down your gullet, I never really look forward to it. I would gladly anticipate eating my lunch when I was in Hawaii.

Japanese 7-11's have to support the otakus who only go out at night and can only get their meals from the local convenience store.

You should be happy we dont have this problem here

The vast majority of young people just eat meals from their local convenience store. It would be the same in the US if our convenience stores weren't so shit. Instead young people just go through the fast food drive-thru to get greasy burgers, or order pizzas.

>i rate cultures by eating their 7-11 food
this is why we're known as the low iq board
>>
>>14502789
Jap 7-11 meals are basically mostly just rice/carbs, the other ingredients make up a tiny fraction of the calories and nutrition.

Japan doesn't have to worry about how incredibly fucked convenient stores are in terms of operating costs, corporate mandates, and niggers going around breaking shit and holding the place up at gunpoint because Sandiq at the counter couldn't sell them a swisher pack when they were 12 cents short. Also I'm pretty sure they have some kind of food law preventing them from selling the gas station nachos and rolled tacos that we are accustomed to.
>>
>>14503014
most young people eat chick fil a, mcdonalds or taco bell which are all greasy sugary artery clogging cholesterol filled meals. Panera and chipotle are the exceptions as they do have healthy vegan options but they are expensive.

this, I vacationed in Hawaii for a month, I fucking miss it. The beach was so fun, the food and sushi was great. I might buy some property on the island if I ever become rich.

haha yeah..

Japan's portion sizes are also much smaller than America's, and Japan's overall quality of health and food is higher.

owning a gas station is the easiest money in the world. free advertising and guaranteed way to get people in the store (getting gas), none of your stock is perishable, and you can make free easy money off addicts by having lottery, cigs, and alcohol.

there's a reason why fresh off the plane refugees open gas stations
>>
>>14502789
The egg salad sandwich or the gas station sushi are not bad if you are desperate.

OOOOOO JAPAN IS SOOOOO HEALTHY
>>
>>14502789
I live in South Korea and if they're anything like the ones here, they're all like 7-800kcal at bare minimum. Not exactly what i'd call healthy. Especially considering all the ramen bowls they scarf down daily start at 4-500kcal. Relatively fresh-ish at least I guess. Probably less so here since fucking everything is fermented.
>>
>>14503599
baka, can't you see they have those little green plastic things? Green makes them healthier!

Too bad that will never happen. Just put up with what you have already.
>>

I live in japan and have been eating those 7-11 bentos more than I’d prefer to, since my company shut down their offices for the coronavirus. They’re generally 350-450kcal, so not nearly as bad as the Korean ones I guess. They’re still mostly rice though. Decently fresh I guess, taste pretty good, but I usually get soft shits after eating them.

The Perfect Holiday Order

You don't need a lunch.
Enjoying your favorite combinations is the way to enjoy 7-11

>refusal to train employees with competent cooking skills mostly because they are usualy <70 IQ
>refusal to participate with local farmers/farmer markets/butchers to get fresh ingredients, opting in for cheap conglomerate slop
>people buy it anyway in droves
>more profit for less effort
I see no problem other than the consumer

>>14503599
It's a whole lot healthier than fast food, though, and definitely healthier than what I can find at the gas stores around me.

Americans have the most fat people yes. but we also have the most skinniest and skelly people around. You almost always see a underweight 90 pounds next to someone who is 178
>>
it's because Amerilards can't handle any food with normal good ingredients.
There needs to be pounds of sugar, salt, or grease in "food". I wish we had a tasty lunch selection like in OPs pic.
>>
Why are you eating at fucking 7/11 and calling other people fat?

My family owns a gas station, this is true if the gas station owner doesn't own the land. We own the land and we discriminate against white people exclusively. Niggers aren't allowed too.
