share some of your culinary monstrosities /ck/

made this monstrosity coming out of a two day fast

3 Egg Omelette with Cucumber, Pickled Jalapeño, Honey Mustard, Tabasco, Jalapeño Sauce and Peanut Butter.

the peanut butter worked really well with everything else, one of my first times using it in savory food.

peanut butter is pretty good on a lot of things you wouldn't expect it to be.

you should probably make your own peanut butter if you can, basically just roast peanuts in an oven, put them in a grinder (or a blender with a grinder blade attachment) and add extra peanut oil if what you get is too dry or thick. you can also add some extra crushed peanuts for 'crunchy' peanut butter. stays good for about half a year if refrigerated.

buying shelf peanut butter when you have the tools to make it is a retarded, you're basically eating unnecessary preservatives and additives.
