Looking for ideas/inspo on how to look attractive as a male cosplayer. Wanna one up the women who always get attention for being eye candy at these things. -Hit the gym and actually take it seriously. Go with Mark Rippetoe’s starting strength if you’re a total n00b. In the beginning even if you’re in a deficit you’ll still build newbie muscle by merit of CNS adaptation. It gets a lot harder after that. -Count your calories. There’s many calculators out there if you’re really trying to min-max but a roughshod amount to get ripped is to take your current weight in pounds and slap another 0 at the end of it to get what you should be intaking daily to lean out. A gram of protein per pound of body weight is another good general amount to be getting. -Shower, and have a basic knowledge of grooming and personal hygiene. -Don’t be completely fucking autistic when it comes to socialization. If you look good people are far more likely to put up with your shenanigans but everyone has a limit. -If impatient/lazy look into using steroids or SARMs.

When I was lean and ripped (I did bodyweight/gymnastics training) I got a lot of attention but most thought I was gay. Now I'm chubby and I get I look "powerful" and get hit on a lot more by women. I don't get it. I dress the same and act the same as I did then.

You will need certain machinery or at least the tools to glue seams together.
