I think anyone who looks happy and fits their clothes is a good look for lolita (especially sweet) in general. Why wear something so frilly and cute and then look like you hate it? I think that's why people hate Risa as a model so much. Something about even the most ita looking people enjoying themselves is more satisfying than seeing Risa swimming in clothes she doesn't even seem to like.

Despite years of intense workouts, plenty of gym exercise during all of that time and carefully managing my diet, nothing came of it for me. I'm lucky in that my build means I don't have to worry about my weight much at all but it comes with an unlucky downside- I can barely put on anything. I reached my peak, around 160 lbs, in my junior year, and my last two years of high school I hit the gym with much more gust than ever before since I assumed I just wasn't putting in enough effort to get buff. However, in actuality, I was putting in more effort than many of the other wrestlers and just couldn't notice it because #1. the few who worked out more were absurdly good and frequently made it to states and #2. I have a thing where I'm always worried I'm not trying hard enough, since I can get pretty lazy at times. And yet, hitting the gym in earnest for those two years... did nothing for me. I gained no muscle mass, despite the protein, possibly because I was worried about going over my weight class. I didn't get a more defined build or feel like I had a healthier body, even though I could wrestle nonstop for literally two hours, or casually do a 5 mile run. [yeah I know these aren't that impressive.] The thing is, my uncle and grandpa are the same way . My grandpa was in the marines, and while he was fit, none of the pictures show him as being particularly muscular, and my uncle has played year-round hockey since before I was born and was in a similar state: tall, skinny and low muscle mass.I honestly lament this and still wish I was more muscular, even if it means I never have to worry about my weight.
