I doubt you can say anyone's winning during the middle of a pandemic - the only difference is who loses the most. If the government roadmap goes ahead as planned, those who were going to run this year lose more. If it doesn't and another variant hits causing all of 2021 to be cancelled, then the likes of AL, MCM, Showmasters and Wales Comic Con lose more.No one wins in this situation.

Seems the government plans to go ahead with events fully back end of June onward with their testing and passport plans for mass events. If they're trialling football matches in the next month and planning for the Euro 2020 finals to be near or at full capacity start of July, then we're definitely seeing cons this summer onward.
Toko is the end of July, do you really think that they will allow events that soon after the Euro finals test has been completed? They need to wait at least 2 weeks to see if it had an impact
