Post your cute setups!
Every single girl on instagrams room looks like this they’re all the same
Yeah those kinda rooms got tired real fast
>>10534057So tacky, just full of cheap aliexpress garbage. This is like the interior design version of "soft sister" fashion or whatever that chinese knockoff jfashion is called.
>>10534068>>10534072>>10534079Post cute shit or gtfo
>>10534116can I post my cat?
>>10534079>"soft sister" fashionsoft sister is just the chinese otaku slang for "moeblob"https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E8%BD%AF%E5%A6%B9
I'm in the midst of redoing my room, and I'm not really sure how to nicely store my lolita shoes and KCs. What do you do, anons?
>>10534057we have a room thread already... you could just ask for inspo there
>>10534176I was just looking for KC storage recently. I suggest looking for those acrylic or velvet headband holders. They should be a good enough size for KC. They make singles and "log" shaped ones that hold multiples. Ali and Amazon have various kinds.https://www.amazon.com/Touirch-Jewelry-Headband-Display-Organizer/dp/B01D022T5Ihttps://www.aliexpress.com/item/32794076437.html?cv=32794076437&af=jewelryaccessories0083&aff_platform=aaf&sk=AAae2f6&aff_trace_key=beaa3010fd944b3db1fce18982493ea5-1610380455769-02112-AAae2f6&cn=06082017&dp=Beads+%26+Jewelry+Making&terminal_id=3915ea2bcaad4fbda8acfb1c6c8fea46
>>10534189Thanks anon, this is perfect!
>>10534057It's cute OP. This board is full of cunts and jealous fucks.
>>10534457this isn't even OPs room.
>>10534457nice cope kek
>>10534476Toned down ones are the best imo
>>10534479Okay but how do I get a Kira Imai print that big
>>10534488Sometimes people sell them on lace market but I'm pretty sure you can only really get them at events she's attending.
Is having a Fujifilm an obligation?
>>10534491>Fujifilm an obligation?Fuji overheat easily you should go with a Sony instead.
>>10534514don't reply to soup posts.
>>10534499I like the glass cage for the anime figure.
>>10534057I know someone who just did a set up like this and it looks so much worse without the lighting and filters. Not horrible but very cheap and teen looking
>>10534491I admit to having similar thoughts. Thinking about my own instax on the shelf right now. Makes me want to put some stickers on it or something. Camera based insecurity all of a sudden
>>10534514most modern cameras are compatible with social medias inculding insta. you don't have to buy into fuji for it anon. >>10534557? I'm helping anon make a sensible purchase.
>>10534488They’re not huge, but Nucleus Portland still has some prints in stock from an earlier show: https://nucleusportland.com/collections/kira-imai
>>10534514fuji put out a cute instax printer in japan so hopefully it will come out here soon! then i can have all my cute shoop'd polaroids!
>>10534491you’re welcome, because I graced your post with a (you) all these anons decided to give you helpful info. it was all thanks to me the great soup that you gain all this new knowledge about fujifilm instax
>>10534481>>10534499That looks like a coomer room
>>10535159Tfw boomer otaku rooms looked like that and coomers use it as “anime aesthetic”
>>10534572I didn't mean to hurt your feeling, anon. I just find it hilarious. I see why girls find it cute, but damn, it's present in almost all these.
>>10534481I'm self conscious about my room looking like shit because of the sheer amount of merch and plushies I have shoved into the space so it's funny seeing things like this posted. Maybe I should just own it and call it animecore.
>>10535178No harm done and it IS hilarious. It's less about how cute it is and more the ability to have an instant photo. I've got another instant camera but there's no film for it anymore.
>>10534631Go take some photos and also give me your line ID so I can argue with you about cameras>>10534656This sounds very cute and I also want it
It bums me out a bit that most of these kawaii rooms are like teens/young adult rooms in their parents house or something. I'm a grown adult living with my husband and I can't cutify the whole space with plushies and dresses (we still have some plushies in the room tho). Is there any cool inspo for lolita house or shared space?
>>10536081>and I can't cutify the whole space with plushies and dressessounds like a you problem, my partner doesn't care that I want to cover everything in plushies and dresses
>>10536081>tfw my husband also collects plushiesgit gud
>>10536081Dump his ass
>>10536081My boyfriend literally gives zero shits if I make our kitchen and house cute and pink since I do all the cooking and we share the cleaning; he has some aesthetic preferences but so long as he has his own small desk/gaming space he doesn't care if mine dominate everything else.
>>10536081My bf let my take over the master bedroom as a kawaii containment zone. We met each other halfway in regards to the bathroom/kitchen (I wanted kawaii pink, he didn't really care as long as it wasn't kawaii pink, so those spaces are mint retro 50s inspired). Rest of the house is tasteful neutral tones/cozy aesthetics with some basic nerd stuff here and there. Except our shared bedroom which immediately outs us as degenerate psychonauts so nobody gets to see that room.
>>10536081lmao what A lot of these rooms belong to grown adults Why don't you be a grown adult and tell your husband you want a space to yourself.
>>10534656You mean that new mini model? You can get them in the states, and I'd assume Europe as well. I do recommend them tho, I have an older model and it's wonderful.
>>10534496I could really use something like what's hanging on this wall, bottom left corner- anyone know what that is and how I can search for one??
>>10536180try searching "wall hanging storage" or wall hanging pocket"they're common enough to find anywhere, but there's some cute ones on aliex
My in progress room before my ex got me evicted, I had done some things since then, like add full pink carpet rug and wall artstickers.
>>10536075https://www.amazon.com/Fujifilm-Instax-Mini-Instant-Camera/dp/B085282C1R/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=instax&qid=1610578810&sr=8-3I got mine on clearance for 8 dollars a couple years ago. Have fun camera hunting anon>>10536143i see someone else has an Alpaca Zone
>>10536180I have the same one! They’re sold at Daiso. Idk that you can get this specific one online, but as was mentioned other places may have similar ones.
>>10536081> not having your own office or room space to put whatever shit you want in it Get a partner who let's you Also can usually get away with putting cute kitchen stuff in, if your the main one cooking all the time. Got pink mixing bowls, stand mixer, cat measuring spoon and cups etc.Could also ask if you can put a cute shower curtain or rug
>>10534488APUSA sells them in store.
>>10536193Where’d you get that vanity from?? It’s so gorgeous
>>10536081I and my long term SO live separately but when we eventually move together he knows that pink things make me happy and will let me to choose furniture. He’s a typical nerd guy who does not give a shit about interior design as long it’s functional. My home is big part of my happiness so if a partner can’t appreciate it I’ll live happily single. I’d get depressed in ugly environment
>>10536433it's clearly just a ugly plain vanity painted pink with a fancy looking mirror
>>10536596i meant this in a "easy to diy way" not in a "it looks bad" way.
>>10536598why the fuck would you call the vanity ugly then it would look fine even if it was white
>>10536599Calm down, retard. I personally think it looks like shit.
>>10536611i don't care about your opinion, i care about what the other anon said. it doesn't make any sense
>>10536614are you esl? do you not understand the concept of turning ugly furniture nice?
>>10536614It makes sense to me? Anon seems to be saying the vanity isn't special and you can fix up any old vanity too look nice. No need to get so bitchy just because you don't understand something.
>>10536614It still looks like shit, retard.
Wow so much salt. Do you feel edgy? I thought this behavior died off after 14.
>>10536599Original anon here. Are you okay?? Take a Xanax and chill tf out
Has anyone tried to Decoden the glass panel of a computer? I will be using the Phanteks Eclipse P500A case in white and would love to do decoden on the removable glas panel. Looking to only do one or two rows on the side, and then have GLB stickers in the middle. I think it would be really cool but I haven't found anything similar done, and I don't know how well it will hold up.
>>10536595this is so cute but the idea of all those cute knickknacks getting covered in dust and fry oil makes me retch does anyone have cute computer chairs they recommend?
>>10536707I think it kinda depends on how often you see yourself moving your rig around. If you do lots of lan party type events then maybe keep moving wear and tear in mind. But honestly, you're probably ok? Folks do decoden phone and switch cases all the time and they seem to hold up well enough. Plus you won't be getting hand oils all over it all the time.I've never thought of doing that to a PC, you make me wanna decorate my pink Ostrog case.
>>10536822When I got the idea, I immediately googled it because "someone's got to have done it a million times already" but I didn't find anything. I saw some laptops but that's it. At the same time I do understand, I don't want to cover up the RGB too much, but I want to put my own spin on it! I probably won't move it much at all, I don't really attend LANs and I don't play any games that are known for LANs. I will start to order my parts today and it will take probably around 10 weeks for things like the GPU to arrive, so if you do it first please post a pic! I have never done decoden before so I'll use the time to practice my piping and all before it's time! Wishing us both the best of luck!
