Working on a doom cosplay. Any tips?
>>10398063lift unless you can survive in the full body armor version that covers his arms so you could feasibly get away with not lifting
>>10398099Yeah I'm doing the beta full covered arm version :(
>>10398110lift anyway it's good for you
>>10398238What he said. Bulk up so you know that even under the suit, your cosplay is accurate.
>>10398677>>10398110it's okay anon, make the sleeves detachable and lift anyway so you can flex the damn pieces off when you get angry
>>10398063>that bulgewell that's unfortunate
I'm bulking up now. Got some weights and gonna work my ass off >>10398238>>10398677>>10398876
>>10399938It’s a mannequin, silly. And it probably is there to help make sure you leave room for your junk.
>>10400108Bingo.Also getting a general idea of the scale without wearing it 24/7
>>10400116Are you going to touch up the paint on the helmet? Looks a bit patchy and I can see the brush strokes. Maybe I’m just being picky because I’m an artist...
>>10400197Oh yeah I'm redoing it. I painted it with acrylic before getting my airbrush. The rest of the armor is airbrushed so I plan on doing the same
>>10398063looks fucking good anon, best of luck and be sure to post the final thing
THIN YOUR PAINTS
>>10398063*notices bulge* owo
>>10400061Make sure you curl right. Don't cheat spread your stance to prevent bouncing from your legs and put as much tension on your biceps for as long as possible by keeping your elbows pointed towards the floor
Make sure to get hydrated as much as you can, if you can take some of it off to pee. Also, buy a defogging liquid for diving masks - get a tissue and gently apply it on the inside lens so it won't get foggy with your breathing. Wear a balaclava to not get too much sweat on your eyes.
>>10398063Make sure the waist can tighten in to give that power look.Go over the helmet again, and again, with fine detail brushes eventually.
>>10398063i'm working on classicguy myself anon and i'm wondering what you used for the blue visor
