You'll get the original, full-quality transparent pngs.I only play MCC, but I looked into DG and it's definitely impossible to do this there, the pngs aren't publicly exposed on the server at all. No clue about AB.
What update(s) are you hoping for? Something that would improve your experience
I think Japanese MCC's going to have another myroom update soon for their 10th anniversary. Either that or it could be talking about a minor update where they added a little accent to the gacha list.
Here are the Anniversary gifts. No MyRoom update. Guess that was about that minor change I alluded to.
