How often do you guys indulge in deep, focused daydreaming about life with your waifu? If you do that in general in the first place.I used to do it more often in past. Eg whenever I was stuck in some place like a bus, I would close my eyes and imagine her becoming real or us being somewhere doing something, from highly romantic to mundane scenarios, just to think how would our interactions look like, her cute reactions and what could I do to make her happy. I remember that it was quite hard for me to stay focused like that for more than few minutes at first, but over time I learned to do that for longer time periods and I think I just got better at imagination in general.
