finding good quality art can be hard
>>4029743It really is, sometimes.
>>4029747the struggle is very realprobably went through a dozen or so pages on pixiv and didn't find much
>>4029749Doesn't help that I love kemono but don't much like more western furry art.
>>4029759i know nothing outside of these threads for the most parti just try my best when posting and try to avoid low quality stuff
>>4029743Finding new pictures isn't really that hard at all. Look at some of the twitter links that I posted in the last thread (>>4021802) and click around in the comments and related every so often. There is a constant stream of new material that flows on the daily if you are invested enough to look for it. Hopefully I've given you a starting hand to get more.
>>4029743it's gotten harder since western furfags started immigrating to pixiv en masse for some fucking reason
>>4029980>>4029759>>4029749forgot to quote you too
>>4030380Particularly love this one. She's so cute and I love putting art into a real photo
>>4029741>50 threadsNice, here's to 50 more!
this thread needs more touhou
this counts, right?absolutely fallen in love with this artist's style; will gladly dump more of their worktwitter is: @Litee_
>>4030541Isn't that western furry though?
>>4030547heh great timing I just got in bed. stay tuned tomorrow, though, and I'll dump all that I can!>>4030555sure but I wouldn't really classify their style as such. they draw enough influences from kemono and anime art to be distinguished from your bog standard western furry stuffI'll leave you with this fsrprwor now
>>4030561yeah but it's still western furry stuff, but whatever, if other anons are okay with it then i am too
>>4030574I think the main difference is how defined and "real" the snout is. As long as it's more kemono than Western furry, I don't mind either though. Floof is good.
>>4030706well there are kemono artists that make more realistic snouts, and kemono isn't one unified style as much as it is various styles that fit under the umbrella of eastern anthro artworkbut yeah, let's just file that artist under "honorary kemono" and post more fluffy girls rather than arguing about semantics
>>4030574>>4030708Outside of these threads, I do not really care about if something is Western, Korean, Japanese, etc. On basically all Japanese blogs and sites that I follow, users share a mixture of Japanese and Western material. It's mainly this site that I've seen where there is more of a divide. When I'm posting here I always prioritize JP art, because that's the point of the thread and I like JP stuff. It's also fulfilling to share stuff here that might be more obscure with other people because of a language barrier. If someone accidentally posts off-topic just keep cool man and be pragmatic.
At the end of the day, we're here for floofy friends
>>4030547finally back! i'll proceed with the dump
>>4030786thank god you're back, post to your hearts content
>>4030797can you tell they're changing it up a bit?
>>4030798backing it up a bit
>>4030809aaaaaand should be it for this character. should i continue with a new one?
>>4030812new material isn't too common, I'd think should probably make it last. One collection per thread or something?
Very good stuff, I wish I could draw kemono artwork...
>>4030816sure thing, i'll start posting the new character in a new thread. for now, i'll leave you with a little sampler
>>4030786Welcome back, friend.
>>4030818same, I can't draw anything and don't know how to get started :/
>>4030818>>4030906There's a board on 4chan, /ic/, that is about illustration as a hobby. You can look there if you want, but your mileage may vary.
>>4030906>>4030818I'd be cautions when using /ic/. The handful of times that I've been there gave me the impression that there was a vocal minority of people who, due to the lack of their own artistic merit or otherwise, have sought to discourage beginners by belittling their work. Though, I've heard that the furry art general (unfortunately tagged /fag/) can be rather welcoming and its members would gladly provide any feedback you throw their way. The beginner /beg/ general also has a neat list of resources for learning fundamentals.Like what >>4030991 said, your mileage may vary, but keep your head up and keep drawing and you'll be sure to create something worthy of these threads.
>>4031079ill give the beginner general a try since i can't draw for shit, might as well learn how to draw normal stuff before moving onto furries
>>4031079/fag/ sucks and /ic/ users didn't get the title of bucket crabs for nothing. But yeah, their resources are pretty good, I'd say just go for the resources and never post unless you want to be shat on.
>>4032219>crabsYeah, this was the word I was looking for. The way they act on there is enough to discourage literally anyone willing to dabble in drawing as a hobby. But, the feedback is free and if you're willing to give it a gamble, you might actually get some anons willing to give you genuinely useful critiques.
Risque, so let me know if this is too much
>>4032745That's not very lewd, just something I wouldn't post myself.
>>4032745post more kemono_tigers please
>>4032847Please don't bump without an image
I didn't think I'd ever find a dedicated kemono thread on this site. Cool, I'll come here for kemono goodness.
>>4032745tum isn't lewdsame as the other anon, not something i'd post myself but its fine enough for the thread>>4032854our small slice of comf in the sea of 4chan
>>4032854Welcome, floof fren
>>4032847Not a ton left, unfortunately
>>4033532based nazuna poster
>>4030706I have a little diagram that explains my idea why kemono works and furry doesn't.https://files.catbox.moe/29cgg3.pngI think it's more about getting the mouth and nose physically smaller than an actual dog and more human like.
>>4033759You're saying you don't like stuff like yukaran nosuke's style?
>>4033824I'm sorry, I do not. But it's not on a technical level bad at all though. I can see why anyone here might enjoy it.
>>4033759I think the first drawing you did is nicer looking though.
>>4033759I like stuff like this the most where the nose is more implied by the rest of the face than shown>>4029744It's just my preference. But I really don't like Western furry art, it so often abandons cuteness for an exaggerated sexuality.
>>4033848which one is the first? By your pic I think it's the right I drew?
>>4034118I meant the left one, but whatever.
>>4033824Not that anon (obviously) but if it makes you feel any better I do like that style
>>4034448>>4034449I don't know why but yagi's more modern works have a very different feel to them than their older ones
Apparently this comes out tomorrow, no idea if anyone is going to scan/tl it but it looks cute
