Now that it is all said and done was Mike Graham right?
>>
>>12966824
No.

Eddie and Benoit were draws.
>>
>>12966971
>Two manlets were draws
Okay kid. Don't you know that you have to be 6'3" at minimum to draw in the wrestling business?
Is that what flipper shit AEW is teaching kids these days?

Seething e drone detected.

Dunno. Need a stats chad to confirm. If I had to guess, they probably weren’t draws.
>>
The only wrestler who has had their past revived and fluffed more than Paul is without a doubt Eddie Guerrero. He doesn’t have one single iconic moment in the biz beyond standing in the ring with Benoit. Overrated as fuck. I was heavily invested from 95-02. Didn’t see 03-05 but the Eddie I remember was a mid after who moved well and probably never sold a ticket in his life. To hear people talk about him they make him sound like he was Randy Savage or something

I don't know who Mike Graham is, so I assume he's wrong about whatever it is he said about these guys.

Based. Fuck that drug addict.
>>
>>12967491
Oh neat, it's the "Smashed a thousand guitars, never drew a dime" guy. How many dimes has he drawn?
>>
>>12966824
No
>>
>>12967513
That's not Jeff Jarett
>>
Eddie was a draw but the rest were antidimes
>>
>>12966824
What does Mike Graham know about drawing dimes?
>>
>>12967582
>Eddie was a draw
nice headcanon
>>
>>12966971
And Saturn and Malenko were fine as midcarders. Nothing wrong with any of these guys.
>>
>>12967650
They aren't 6'3"+ therefore they can't draw or make it in pro wrestling.
>>
>>12966824
Yes Eddie and beniot had terrible title reigns.
>>
>>12967876
The biggest draw in wrestling history was 5'8.
>>
>>12967894
Again. Nice headcanon. The Rock isn't 5'8"

I seriously don't get what people have against guys like Eddie and Benoit holding the top belt in the company every once in a while
I get that the belt & main event scene should mostly be centered around actual confirmed draws to maintain/increase crowds and viewers, no argument there
But what the fuck is so wrong with giving non-draws who are great in the ring and can muster up consistent pops/heat, one 'gold watch' heavyweight title run after several years in their career?
In the Attitude era guys like Big Show and Carder, who were neither draws or particularly good wrestlers, held the belt between reigns of actual draws like Austin and Rock, and it didn't kill the company like so many people fear
It's when you have those type of guys saturated in the main event scene and trading the title back and forth, that you'll start having problems
>>
>>12968052
Kills the credibility of the company to have these little manlets go over real men.
Sorry no one likes your flipper shit anon.
>>
>>12966824
Theres two HOFers there
>>
>>12968706
Malenko 2 time HoF, one solo and one with the 4 horsemen. Based.
>>
Perry Saturn needs crack
>>
Yes. He was right to an hero.

>>12967015
>Stone Cold wasn't a draw
>>
Based Mike Graham still working midget loving smarks from beyond the grave
>>
>>12968145
Wrestling's credibility was killed by Russo's shitty booking. Every single one of them would beat Nash in a shoot.
>>
>>12967015
>you have to be 6'3" at minimum to draw
Jim Londos, Lou Thesz, Bruno Sammartino, Ric Flair, Randy Savage, Steve Austin
>>
>>12966824
Was Chris really taller than Saturn or does he have lifts? Saturn always seemed like a big guy.
