I free feed my dogs high quality grain free kibble and also give them tons of healthy plates of whatever im eating (including grains) as well as raw meat and bones sometimes The resut has been healthy, long lived dogs with clean teeth, tolerable breath and shits, and arent food obsessed which is exactly what im going for

Well... I tested out article based scent work today and the dude totally gets it.First test was brand new smell, only saying find it and pointing to it. He sniffed it once, made his way out to the field and found it. Awesome.Next one was hiding 3 articles with 3 unique scents and showing him one at the beginning to find. He did this pretty well, and clearly understands what it means when I say find it and point to an object.Very very cool to see.

Carrot final puppy vet visit today. Lyme/lepto/distemper vaccines, Rabies, microchip. She's a little bit underweight but she's just a really picky eater and nothing I do can get her to eat more. Vet says she feels fine though and doesn't seem concerned.
